V.E.T. Net Watering with the Word

Send a Note Start a Campaign

“Watering with the Word” is the ministry project for all of the outreach and discipleship through the various V.E.T. Net projects and programs. The teams are led by Pagma but the entire V.E.T. Team is involved in the ministry and outreaches that are coordinated. V.E.T. Net is a complex organization but every project starts with a commitment to reach the people of this Nation through relationships built around helping the people with their animals and the education of their children.

The following are ways that the ministry goals of V.E.T. Net are being achieved.

Watering with the Word Teams:

  • Visit former “Claim a County” sites to disciple young believers, help develop home groups and encourage the new churches.
  • Plan and manage the Countryside Leaders seminars.
  • Meet with rural veterinarians in the evenings, after Veterinary Continuing Education training, for outreach and discipleship.
  • Visit remote veterinarians who have heard the gospel to encourage them and their families.
  • Use Model Herder sites as places to share the gospel with herders.
  • Deliver Bibles all over the nation through relationships built through veterinary and education projects.
  • Reaching out to university students through English classes, University Bible Study, the Distance Master’s Degree Program, the Small Animal Clinic and Training Center, and the Large Animal Clinic and Training Center.
  • Use special projects and workshops, like the “Fast Horse Workshop,” Swine seminar, the Camel workshop and other similar trainings, as opportunities for outreach.
