Dorminy House Project
The “Dorminy House” is the dedicated chapter house for the University of Georgia (UGA) Christian Veterinary Fellowship (CVF). Located within walking distance of the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital, the house serves as a safe gathering place for exclusive use by the UGA CVF club. The house is named after the Founder of Christian Veterinary Mission and a 1950 graduate of the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Leroy Dorminy, from Ocilla, Georgia. The UGA CVF use the house regularly for Bible studies, social gatherings, meetings, and missions preparation. It is the only house dedicated for use by a CVF group. UGA CVF celebrated the ten-year anniversary of The Dorminy House in 2021.
Donations to the Dorminy House Special Project are carefully used to support the need for significant repairs or upgrades.
