Dr. Paul Rudenberg
Dr. Paul went to Haiti with CVM forty years ago (1985) and spent 25 years as a veterinary missionary/worker there, with a short stint in Kashmir with CVM as well. He lived on an isolated island called Lagonav, then in the northern mountain community of Bwadlorens, and for many years in the south, near Les Cayes, where he and Marguerite built a house and raised their family. His focus has been on participatory education of farmers, veterinary workers, and agronomists, as well as meeting the animal health needs of local farmers. He is a graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has a “holistic solidarity" view of mission, most easily described by reading Micah 6:8 and Galatians 6:2. Though responsibilities pull him elsewhere, Dr. Paul yearns to return to the mission field.
