Dr. Melissa Cheeks
Dr. Cheeks is a two time Purdue graduate, once with her Bachelor’s degree in 2007, and again with her DVM in 2011. After graduation, she moved to Madison, Wisconsin to marry her husband Maurice. They have planted roots there, and love serving the city in a variety of ways. Dr. Cheeks’ professional career started in small animal clinical practice, until she followed a calling to serve in stateside ministry with CVM for 6 years. She currently works part-time as the Welcome & Operations Coordinator at her church. The Cheeks family also includes Hannah (8), Cyrus (6), and Pinkerton the dog (7). In her (spare?) time, you can find her watching kids play sports, cooking/baking, mediocrely gardening, knitting, reading, and hosting people at her house. Email: [email protected]
