Dr. Lynn Roy
Dr. Lynn Roy grew up in the mid-Hudson Valley of New York and obtained her BS in Animal Science and her DVM at Cornell in 1985. She worked several years in a mixed animal practice in Natick, MA. She then moved into Small Animal Practice and currently works part time as a veterinarian in Central Massachusetts and is the Student Wellness Advisor at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts. Lynn and her husband, Steve were Children's pastors for 7 years and Lynn directed the Children's choir. For the past 10 years, Steve and Lynn have been the Global Ministry Directors where they maintain communications with over 40 missionaries and local ministries their church supports, lead a 100+ strong prayer team and coordinate short term mission trips with their church. Lynn has been on short term mission trips to: Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Ecuador, Ghana and South Africa. 2 years ago, Lynn participated in her first CVM trip to the Navajo Nation in AZ. She and Steve have been married 39 years with 2 adult children and 2 furry children.
