Dr. Kathryn Mainka
Dr. Kathryn Mainka was born in Columbia, Missouri, and grew up in a Catholic family in St. Louis, Memphis and Little Rock. After marrying in her 2nd year of vet school, she graduated from Mississippi State in 1995. Dr. Mainka has worked in east Tennessee and Springfield, MO. She recently purchased the small animal/exotic practice where she has worked at for the past 23 years. She has been on mission trips to Mexico. Dr. Mainka is currently raising 2 children while volunteering at a home-school co-op teaching biology, running an AHG troop, helping with a history small group, and is active in the Lutheran (LCMS) church.
