Join trip leader Dr. Kyle Martin on this exciting trip to the Zuni Pueblo Reservation in western New Mexico! Right now, we are just looking for several vet or vet tech students to join the team to help run animal health clinics and to minister to the Zuni community through building relationships.
Trip Leader: Dr. Kyle Martin
Dates: October 30 - November 2, 2026
Location and Local Partner: Zuni, NM (Zuni Pueblo Nation); Zuni Christian Reformed Mission
Vet Work: Most of the veterinary work that will be cat, dog, sheep, and horse vaccinations; We will try to do cat spays/neuters as well if time allows. It will be determined later if a spay/neuter clinic will be set up.
Ministry Work: Daily communication with locals during appointments, Gospel presentation on receipts from veterinary work, prayer requests after farm calls, and more.
Group Size: 8-10 total; We are looking for 2-4 vet students and vet tech students (18+).
Cost: $250; All vet and pre-vet students will receive a $150 scholarship toward your trip costs if you are involved in your local CVF.
