USA-Navajo (Window Rock)

Small and large animal DVMs and vet students needed to join our Navajo team in Window Rock, AZ! Use your vet skills to build relationships with the Navajo people. Vet work includes preventative care for sheep, cattle, horses, and small animals. The team will present health seminars to local producers if scheduling allows.

We are only registering DVMs and Vet Techs right now. Student spots are full.

Dates: June 27 - July 4, 2026

Trip Leader: Drs. Amanda McCart and Jordan Farrell

Local Partner: Local churches and Navajo Veterinary Services

Vet Work: Preventative care for sheep, cattle, horses, and small animals. Present health seminars to local producers.

Ministry Work: Support and encourage the local community, pray with and for pet owners and partners.

Number Needed: A minimum of 3 small animal vets and 10 Vet Techs and/or Vet Students needed

Max Group Size: 25

Cost: $540; This is the cost if you just attend the Navajo trip.
Our trip to the Fort Apache Reservation will be the week after (July 4-11) for those who may want to go to both weeks. If you want to go to both weeks, the total will be $940 ($490 for Navajo and $450 for Apache). If you do, please let Ryan Jeffers ([email protected]) know when applying.
