Dr. Flowers served as CVM’s Executive Director since 1994 and is currently serving as the CEO Advisor during this transition. He will continue to be involved with CVM’s ministry in his retirement. He is joined by a terrific team of staff and volunteers in serving the vision and mission of CVM. Together they seek to join God in the work He is calling us to do. The CVM team partners in this work and calling with a terrific Board of Directors. Kit serves in these efforts with his wife, Jan.
