CVM’s 50th Anniversary campaign closes on August 31st. Every dollar given before that date goes directly toward funding the conferences, WellBeing programs, and mentorship pipelines that make stories like Mandy’s possible. Here is what your gift does:
$50 - Provides WellBeing resources for one veterinary
professional to start on the road to healing.
$100 - Sponsors a CVF chapter event where one
student will have access to hear God’s call.

giving one broken person a path to freedom.

so the next "Mandy" can hear God speak to her.
What began as a simple choice to attend a CVM event unfolded into a powerful season of healing,
spiritual renewal, and rediscovery of her identity in Christ. Dr. Mandy Willis’ story reflects God’s
gentle guidance and His restorative work in places of brokenness.
After 20 years of veterinary practice, Mandy shares her
deeply personal journey of transformation which began at the CVM Conference:
In 2022, I made the decision to attend the CVM Conference. It turned out to be one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life. I attended sessions in the ministry and missions tracts and it was as if the speakers were speaking directly to me. Through the speakers and their presentations God started to lay out his call for my life. I have not missed a conference since and continue to feel His presence and hear His voice through the workings of the CVM Conferences.
God had let me know there was work to be done in my life before I could fulfill His call. At the CVM Conference in 2024, He led me to the CVM WellBeing booth, specifically to the table about the program Re:generation. I was very interested in the topic. I joined the program when I returned home.
Little did I know what God had in store for me. He showed me issues I have struggled with, and through the 12-step process led me to great freedom, healing, and peace.
Before Regeneration, I was critical, negative, and complaining. I felt ugly, unworthy, unloved, and like a bad person. I was unable to receive God’s love and was unable to share love effectively with others. The love I previously shared was broken.
After Regeneration, I was more positive and forgiving. I had learned how to apologize and make amends. Jesus changed my nature. I could now see the new creation He was transforming me into. It was beautiful, valuable, loveable, and very good. I could see myself as God sees me and each one of you. I could feel His peace, love, and joy. I could share that peace, love, and joy with others.
I can’t begin to describe what I experienced. I can only say that it was amazing.
