Who I Am
Margaret Thompson became involved with CVM through Christian Veterinary Fellowship. She had been a Christian less than a year when she started vet school. CVF met a huge need she felt for Christian fellowship. God called Margaret to long-term veterinary medical mission work during her first year of vet school. She thought she would be on an overseas mission field within 3-5 years of graduating. But God, in His wisdom, kept her in the USA to raise her two children. Then, He gave her the opportunity to work long-term in Tanzania with Food for His Children, where she served from 2014-2020 working with a dairy goat ministry. Now, Margaret actively serves on short-term mission trips with CVM whenever possible.
