Dr. Elizabeth & Jaime Mendoza
Who We Are
A 2005 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, Elizabeth spent the first 9 years of her career in a busy 24-hour small animal emergency and general practice in Southern California. It was there that the Lord started to grow her heart for missions and ministry. When she wasn’t working, Elizabeth was involved with the high school ministry at her church as well as a short-term missions program in Juarez, Mexico. Elizabeth and her husband, Jaime (a native Californian), moved back to Tennessee in 2014 to raise a family and farm. They now have 4 small children: Elena, Jeremiah, Ruben, and Isaac. Working with CVM as the North Central Regional representative is a true answer to prayer for Elizabeth. It combines serving the Lord, people, and animals – All for His glory!
Our Work
As the North Central region rep, Elizabeth serves 9 states, including 7 veterinary schools in the Midwest/heartland area of the country. She works with veterinarians, technicians, and veterinary students to encourage them along their journey of faith, and equip them to serve the Lord through ministry in practice, on short-term mission trips, or as long-term field workers.
Dr. Elizabeth Mendoza works for Christian Veterinary Mission as the North Central Region Representative.
