Who We Are
Originally from Oklahoma, Dr. S. and A. began their full-time fieldworker life in 2016 and have since called Africa home. S., a former EMT and licensed emergency and critical-care veterinarian, and A., a former Optometric assistant with a B.S. in Community Health, now use their skills and education to serve the under-served in their community.
Our Work
They provide English as a Second Language (ESL) education, veterinary care, and community health training. This allows them to show Christian love in tangible ways that helps meet the needs of those around them. They also provide training for young long-term fieldworker apprentices and local support for the expatriate community.
Our People Group
S. and A. have been called to reach out to an African "Unreached Frontier People Group". So, what does that mean? As a Frontier people group, the tribe they work with is 99.49% Muslim with 0.00% Evangelical Christians.
Why do S. and A. feel such a strong call to this work? The vast majority of missions donations from America go to countries where Christians are already present. Very few mission agencies or churches send even 1% of their fieldworkers to unreached people. For the nearly 6 million members of this tribe in Africa, there is virtually no chance for them to hear about the love of Jesus unless Christians move here and tell them. This is why they need you to come alongside them on this journey with your prayers and support.
