Faith Integration: We try to incorporate faith into every aspect of the hospital. It starts with encouraging a healthy and sustainable work-life balance by closing the practice on Sundays and offering lighter appointments on Wednesday afternoons. This allows staff time for rest, family, and faith-based activities. We provide compassionate care for animals by approaching every interaction, including routine checkups or end-of-life care, with mercy and respect, recognizing the inherent dignity of all living creatures. In difficult decisions, particularly those involving pain, suffering, or euthanasia, values can guide choices that prioritize the animal’s well-being. During those painful moments, compassionate support, including prayer, can be offered if the client is open to it. Building the practice around compassion and support, and hiring like-minded individuals creates a warm, positive, and encouraging environment for both clients and staff. By building relationships through the care of animals, the practice can become a bridge to serve a wider community, both locally and globally. This ensures the practice operates with integrity and upholds the sanctity of life. By integrating these principles, a veterinary practice can become more than just a medical service. It becomes a platform for demonstrating compassion, embodying integrity, and serving others through the care of God's creatures.
