Position: Associate Veterinarian
Salary: $140,000-$250,000

Small animal duties predominate; dairy and other large animal work is available as and if desired. Medical and surgical duties are encouraged along with mentoring and continuing education as desired and needed. The ideal candidate is interested in leadership and ownership as well. Christian principles are expected and encouraged but theological conflict and criticism is not accepted. Kindness and open discussion of medicine and life are the goals. We are a closed practice so have long-term relationships with most of our clients.
Doctor meetings usually open with prayer and discussion of our beliefs and ministry involvements are common, but currently no organized ministry within the practice is occurring.
