Training of Trainers
Do you want to train others in ways that empower and build confidence in your learners? Then CVM’s Training of Trainers (TOT) in participatory methods is for you!
This six-day course is designed for those serving cross-culturally either in repeat short-term trips or in long-term service. The principles of participatory learning methods will apply to training in agricultural communities in developing nations or even in the small group setting of your own local church. We will work hard with long days but have lots of fun as well. Come build friendships, have fellowship, and laugh while we all learn together. Textbook is Learning Together by Susan Stewart, published by CVM.
