People are trained — communities are transformed!
Costs to build a clinic vary from country to country depending on needs and resources.  These amounts may be enough in one place and only a beginning in another.  But veterinary clinics play a huge part in veterinary outreach and training.  Animals get medicine that works.  Diseases affecting humans and animals are decreased.

One CVM veterinarian used a shipping container, put a tin roof overhead that extended to cover a treatment area with a cattle chute of galvanized pipes welded together.

In another country, the veterinary clinic is used to train national veterinarians—many of whom have become Christians.  These believing national veterinarians go out into rural areas where there is no veterinary care and teach people how to care for their livestock.  Inevitably, they also share their faith—and almost 100 little church plants have resulted as people see the Lord of Christ so demonstrated!  In several countries where CVM is doing ministry, the university has built the facility—sometimes with funds raised by the missionaries.  But the buildings are empty: they need equipment and staffing.  In one country, while a CVM veterinarian led the teaching hospital/clinic, her husband had to cobble together a surgery table from scavenged lumber!  Your contribution to this valuable component of ministry is supporting veterinary treatment, training and testimony.
