Kenya – CVAN Conference KEN20-08a Open
August 2 - August 9
Join with Christian veterinarians from several African countries to use simple veterinary skills to do outreach and share the love of Christ this August in Kenya. Vet work could include cattle, goats, sheep, dogs and possibly donkeys as well.
You can build friendships while treating people’s animals and share your faith and the hope you have in Christ. At a previous outreach, 30 vet professionals from Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and the U.S. treated over 2,000 animals (mostly deworming and vaccinations) and rejoiced to share the gospel message with 310 people, 15 of which made commitments to follow Jesus! The zeal of our brothers and sisters is delightful!
You will also get to join the meeting of Christian Veterinary Africa Network (CVAN) where they will share encouragement, discuss how they are doing, and plan for how to work together more in the future. Be an encourager as they seek to send veterinarians on short and long-term missions in the future!
