Trek through villages in the foothills of the Himalayas providing vaccination, deworming and treatments to livestock with a locally trained animal health care worker. Stay in the homes of local families and learn their traditions and customs while helping them care for their animals.

|Vet Work||Assisting in implementing animal health programs in villages with locally trained animal health workers. Trekking house to house providing vaccinations, deworming, castration and basic treatments to livestock in rural villages.|
|Ministry Work||Training and discipleship of local missionaries so they can have more effective outreach in their communities as animal health workers. Leading of devotionals for local staff and host families.|
|Number Needed||3-6 vet students, techs, or pre-vet students. 1 veterinarian per trip also welcomed to serve as a team leader.|

|Additional Information||Qualifications: Strong personal faith and commitment to Christ; Sense of adventure, flexibility and willingness to travel and stay in primitive conditions and do a fair amount of walking; Basic knowledge and experience in giving vaccines and injections to livestock preferred.|
