If you are interested in serving in the CVM Mission Apprenticeship program, you must first complete the Mission Apprenticeship Application. As part of the application process to be a part of the Mission Apprenticeship program, you must have a pastoral reference on file. This does not necessarily need to be completed by a pastor. You can have your reference fill out the form online by clicking here, or download the PDF here.
