Every year, thousands of people around the world struggle to survive because they don’t have the right knowledge, skills and resources to care for their animals- animals which are often a matter of survival for these individuals and their families. CVM short-term mission trips challenge, empower and facilitate veterinarians, vet techs and vet students to serve communities in need through the veterinary profession while sharing the love of Christ.
By supporting short-term missions, you are enabling this life-changing ministry to happen and extending your reach beyond your local community to a people that are in need of veterinary training and service.
Join us in supporting the work being carried out by short-term trip participants!
Short-term mission trips are a great way to live out your faith by utilizing veterinary skills without having to make the commitment to long-term field work. These trips are great opportunities for students and others to put their skills into practice while serving the Lord.
Short-term mission trips are a great opportunity to serve as a group. Groups of students, families, or clinic staff often go on short-term trips together, in order to serve together, while growing and strengthening their relationships with Christ. Join us in supporting a group as they live out their faith by serving short-term.
We are saddened that due to the coronavirus, our annual September short-term mission trip to Pine Ridge and other communities on the reservation has been canceled. The many needs of the communities continue. The pastors that we partner with are working hard to meet those needs. They will greatly appreciate any donation you might be able to contribute to this fund.
Not able to participate in a short-term trip but have a heart for what God is doing through them? Support CVM’s short-term missions by giving to our short-term missions program!
