Dr. Jerry Kolb
Dr. Jerry Kolb is a 1984 graduate of Cornell’s veterinary college. He is currently working very part-time at the 2 hospital practice where he started as an associate veterinarian following graduation. He became a partner 4 years later and sold the practice 7 years ago.
Dr. Kolb is married to a vet school classmate for 38 years. They have 3 daughter, 1 son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. Raised Catholic, he’s been a Christian for over 45 years.
At Pompey Community Church he serves as an Elder, and Oversight Council member, chairman of the missions committee, and a member of the worship team. Before veterinary school, he spent 2 years in Ecuador as a Peace Corps volunteer and have been on 5 mission trips to Latin America, 4 of them with CVM.
