Dr. Catie Southerton
Dr. Southerton is a Petoskey, Michigan native. She completed a Biology degree at Hope College and her veterinary degree from Michigan State's CVM in 2018. After practicing for a couple years in Grand Rapids, she joined Byron Center Animal Hospital in 2020. She has also done some relief work for PAWS With A Cause. Dr. Southerton's veterinary interests include preventative medicine and surgery.
Away from work, you can find her at the farmer's market or working out, outdoors if possible. She loves to swing dance and to practice her Spanish. She is a part of the Grand Rapids Catholic Community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
